    Group Visit Interest

    The Office of Undergraduate Admission offers group information sessions and tours for prospective students. We offer group campus visits on weekdays in the morning and afternoons, dependent on availability.  Guided Group Visits last approximately two hours and always include a tour of campus and an admissions information session. Generally, morning information sessions are at 10:00AM and afternoon information sessions are at 2:00PM. You will be assigned a campus tour time either before or after your chosen information session based on availability. If you would like to request a particular tour time, you can indicate your preference in the registration form.

    Group tours are not available during midterms, finals, holidays, and Spring/Fall Break. Additionally, we are unable to accommodate any groups on weekends. Summer availability is also limited (May-August).

    On-campus dining must be requested in advance and will be at the expense of the visiting group. Please indicate your interest, and we will be in contact with you about details.

    Please note, we only offer Guided Group Tours only Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. based on office availability. We are not able to offer Guided Group Tours on weekends, university holidays or during special events hosted by the university. Kindly note that our Group Visit Policy requires that guided group tours and Office of Admission presentations are limited to students that are currently sophomores, juniors, or seniors in high school, and have a serious desire to visit campus.  
    The Office of Undergraduate Admission reserves the right to limit the availability of group visits, depending on the resources available. All group visits must be approved by the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
